GRYB International Accepts Strategic Acquisition Award at 7th Annual M&A Awards Gala

The M&A Club is a Canadian association with 19 Chapters and over 900 members, who are involved in mid-market transactions. They facilitate deal-making through ten confidential roundtable meetings and have generated $1.5 billion in closed transactions since 2009.

Every year, the M&A Club organizes the M&A Awards Gala in Toronto and Montreal, a significant event that honors the top transactions of the year. The Strategic Acquisition Award was presented to Rémi Beaudoin, President of GRYB International, in recognition of their acquisition of Dalkotech - a prominent mechanical welding subcontracting company based in Sherbrooke, QC.
